Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS Surgery) is a combination of different surgical procedures designed to eliminate or soften masculine facial features, giving the face a naturally feminine appearance.

Preoperative studies are fundamental, analyzing facial proportions and symmetries, bone structures, and soft tissues through diagnostic examinations (clinical photographs in different views and a CT scan with 3D reconstruction).

We design and customize facial remodeling for each individual, making the face more harmonious and with softer contours compared to the masculine face, which tends to be more square and angular.

Three-dimensional reconstruction techniques (3D CT) allow us to preoperatively plan and customize the result using CAD-CAM technology. Facial feminization surgery can involve one or more procedures. These interventions usually include treating the upper third with forehead reduction and reshaping; treating the middle third with reshaping of the periorbital and orbital regions, cheekbones, cheeks, and rhinoplasty; and treating the lower third with jaw surgery and lip feminization.

You can choose to feminize your facial features in one or more stages. In some cases, you may also undergo facial feminization procedures in combination with other types of cosmetic or body surgery.

The surgery is performed under general anesthesia and will require at least one night of hospitalization at the clinic.

Chest feminization is a procedure aimed at giving a feminine appearance to the chest during the MtoF transition process, performed through breast augmentation surgery.

A preoperative study involving the evaluation and measurement of chest dimensions is fundamental to choosing the most suitable surgical technique, covering the implant position, shape, volume, and projection for each individual.

Body feminization includes procedures aimed at achieving a gynoid (feminine) fat redistribution through liposuction of the waist and hips (typically masculine areas) and lipofilling (liposculpture) to the gluteal region, ensuring harmonious and feminine contours and silhouette.

Following the surgery, surgical drains will be placed and kept in for a few days; you will need to wear a post-operative bra for at least 1 month, day and night.

The procedure is performed under general anesthesia; therefore, the surgery involves an overnight hospital stay.
